Business and Systems Integration professionals analyze, design and/or develop best practice business changes through technology solutions.

Key Accountabilities:
Pega Senior System Architect: Contribute to application development and technical architecture components. Lead application developer streams including Pega and integration, technical testing, quality assurance, development architecture, execution architecture, operations architecture.

Responsibilities:

• Validate functional requirements,
• Author technical design,
• Technical capability recommendations to help backlog prioritization,
• Hands-on support for junior developers and the development backlog,
• Hands-on build of major components as per requirements,
• Performing manual code reviews

Pega Senior System Architect: Hands on experience building rules, data objects, integrations, and activities in Pega. Also supporting the activities of the Lead System Architect and growing junior team members skills into the senior system architect role.

Responsibilities:

• Build and unit test of the application components and/or managing offsite development activities,
• Performing peer reviews and escalating technical issues.
• Focus on resources with a desire to grow skills into a Pega LSA or Pega Delivery Lead.
